Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
1.Who We Are
DeepIndex (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at mydeepindex.com and provides online self-assessments and personalized reports.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
For privacy-related questions, contact us at info@mydeepindex.com.
2.Information We Process
Assessment Responses
When you take an assessment, we process your answers to calculate your scores, identify relevant patterns, and generate your personalized results.
We use this information only to provide the assessment and report you requested.
Your answers are processed in your browser and saved locally on your device, so you can return to your results. When you purchase a report, we store your answers and your report on our servers, so you can open it again through your personal report link.
Email Address
When you purchase a report, we request your email address so we can send you your report link and any necessary service-related messages.
We do not use your email address for newsletters or promotional emails without your permission.
We do not maintain a separate marketing mailing list. Our email delivery provider may temporarily retain message and delivery information.
Payment Information
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We do not receive or store your complete credit card details. We may receive payment confirmation, transaction identifiers, and limited billing information needed to fulfill your purchase and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Technical Information
When you visit our website, our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs.
This information is used to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website.
3.How and Why We Use Your Data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Assessment and report delivery: To evaluate your responses, generate your results, and deliver your purchased report (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Payment processing: To process purchases and fulfill transactions (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Legal obligations: To retain required accounting and transaction records (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Website security and maintenance: To prevent misuse, maintain availability, and resolve technical problems (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Optional tracking: Where applicable, only with the consent required by law (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We do not sell your personal data.
4.How Long We Keep Your Data
We aim to retain personal data only for as long as necessary.
- Assessment responses and reports: Answers saved only on your device stay there until you clear your browser data. Purchased reports and the answers behind them are kept for 24 months after purchase, so you can access your report again, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.
- Email delivery data: Our email provider retains message and delivery logs according to its applicable retention policy.
- Payment and accounting records: Retained where necessary to meet statutory retention obligations.
- Technical logs: Retained for a limited period based on operational and security requirements.
When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it, unless continued retention is legally necessary.

6.Cookies and Tracking
DeepIndex may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for essential website functionality, security, or the assessment and checkout process.
X Pixel
With your consent, we use the X Pixel, provided by X Corp., to measure how well our advertising on X works, for example whether a visit from an ad leads to a completed assessment or purchase. The X Pixel may set cookies and process information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you visit on our website, and share this information with X. X may process this data in the United States.
The X Pixel is only activated after you have agreed to it (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not use any other analytics cookies or advertising pixels.

7.External Resources and Recommendations
Our reports may recommend books, courses, or other educational resources provided by third parties.
Some links may be affiliate links, meaning DeepIndex may receive a commission if you make a qualifying purchase. Such relationships do not change the price you pay unless otherwise stated.
When you follow an external link, the destination website’s own privacy policy and tracking practices apply.
8.Automated Assessment Results
Our assessments use automated scoring to interpret the answers you provide and generate informational reports.
These results are intended for personal reflection and development. They do not constitute professional diagnosis or determine employment, financial, or other decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
9.Your Privacy Rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
- Request restriction of or object to certain processing.

Providing your assessment answers and an email address is necessary to generate and deliver a purchased report. Without the required information, we may be unable to provide the service.
10.Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to minimize unnecessary data collection and access.

The latest version will always be available on this page, with the revision date shown above.
