These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mydeepindex.com and our online assessments and personalized reports (collectively, the “Service”).

By purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before making a purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will not retroactively affect purchases already made.

DeepIndex (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates mydeepindex.com and provides research-informed self-assessments and personalized reports designed to help people better understand their strengths, behavioral patterns, and opportunities for development.

DeepIndex offers online assessments for personal and professional development.

Our DeepIndex career assessment consists of 48 statements covering six workplace-related traits:

• Visibility
• Assertiveness
• Communication
• Collaboration
• Initiative
• Execution

The assessment is free to complete. Users can view their initial results without payment.

A one-time purchase unlocks a more detailed personalized report, including interpretations of assessment results, strengths, development opportunities, and practical recommendations.

The currently advertised price for the DeepIndex report is €19.99, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

The Service may be expanded to include additional assessments in the future.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our reports.

By using the Service, you agree to provide accurate information where required and to use the Service lawfully.

No user account is currently required to complete the DeepIndex assessment or purchase a report.

Our reports are generated using your responses and predefined scoring and interpretation methods.

The usefulness of your results depends partly on how thoughtfully and accurately you answer the assessment questions.

Assessment results are intended to support self-reflection and development. They are not definitive judgments about your personality, abilities, potential, or future success.

DeepIndex does not guarantee any specific professional outcome, including a promotion, salary increase, job offer, or improved workplace performance.

Purchases are processed securely through Stripe.

• DeepIndex reports are sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
• The total price and applicable taxes are displayed before payment.
• We do not store your complete payment card details.
• After successful payment, your purchased report is made available through the Service and/or a link sent to the email address you provide.
• You are responsible for providing a valid email address so that we can deliver your report.

If your payment is successful but you cannot access your report, contact info@mydeepindex.com and we will assist you.

Report availability: Your purchased report remains accessible through your personal report link for 24 months after purchase. After that, it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. We recommend saving a copy if you want to keep it longer.

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire once delivery begins, provided that the applicable legal requirements have been met, including your prior express consent, your acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right, and the required confirmation.

Where these requirements have not been met, your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights concerning digital content that is defective, unavailable, or not provided as agreed.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to access another person's private results without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Attempt to bypass payment restrictions.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract substantial parts of the Service without permission.
• Copy or commercially redistribute our proprietary report content or assessment materials without authorization.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.

The DeepIndex website, branding, original assessment content, report text, illustrations, designs, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a report grants you the right to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may share any result cards or other materials that we expressly provide for public sharing.

You may not commercially reproduce, resell, or distribute the full assessment or paid report content without our permission.

DeepIndex is an educational and informational self-assessment service.

Our assessments draw on relevant research and established concepts, but they are not clinical diagnostic tools or substitutes for professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice.

DeepIndex does not provide individualized career counseling or guarantee any particular employment outcome.

Results should be treated as a starting point for reflection and practical experimentation, not as a definitive assessment of your capabilities or professional future.

You remain responsible for the decisions you make based on your results.

DeepIndex reports may include recommendations for books, courses, educational platforms, and other resources.

Some recommendations may contain affiliate links. If you make a qualifying purchase through one of these links, DeepIndex may receive a commission.

Third-party resources are independently operated and subject to their own prices, terms, and privacy policies.

DeepIndex is not responsible for the content, availability, or delivery of third-party products and services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process assessment responses, email addresses, payment-related information, and technical data required to operate the Service.

We do not require you to subscribe to marketing emails to purchase a report.

We aim to keep DeepIndex available and functioning reliably. However, occasional interruptions, technical errors, or maintenance may occur.

If a technical issue prevents delivery of a purchased report, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem.

Our liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or restricts your mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the laws of your country of habitual residence.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and jurisdiction rules.
